INDICATIONS
Ashwagandha works as an adaptogen, promoting the body's ability to maintain homeostasis and resist stress.

Ashwagandha contains chemicals that might help calm the brain, reduce swelling (inflammation), lower blood pressure, and alter the immune system.

Do not use ashwagandha if:
