We firmly believe in making it as easy as possible for you to feel comfortable with your shopping experience at Genericdoctor.com.
The risk of orders getting lost in the international mail system is extremely low. GENERIC DOCTOR.COM offers you a delivery guarantee - your order will be resent or we will reimburse you in full in the unlikely event that your shipment fails to reach you, provided the delivery details you supplied when ordering were correct.
We will ask you to first allow 30 business days from the day the order was shipped. If after those 30 days, you have not received the package, or if you received any notification that your package was on hold or returned to sender, please send us a ticket (Refund Section) and we will take care of your request promptly.
If after 30 business days no parts of the order have been received you may request a refund, or you may as well request a free reship.
We can not accept any returned packages or items due to the shipping pharmacy's local regulations.
In the very unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or if you feel that it has been opened at any time while in transit, please do not take the medication, instead take pictures of all items in the package (both sides) as well as the envelope. We will definately find a solution once images have been received and verified by our support department.
If a refund is requested while the order is in fulfillment, we will be able to provide a refund, but please note that, depending on the payment method, the acquiring bank may deduct a fee of $25.00 for the refund being issued.
